NTL International Cargo Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides the following services:
Air Freight: Fast and reliable shipping via air transportation.
Sea Freight: Economical shipping via sea transportation.
Ground Transportation: Local delivery services across Jamaica.
Additional Services: Pickup, delivery, sourcing, and tracking services.
Our services cover all parishes in Jamaica. Additional international services may be available upon request.
Air Freight: Standard delivery within 3–5 business days.
Sea Freight: Standard delivery within 10–15 business days.
Ground Transportation: Delivery within 1–3 business days, depending on location.
All items must be properly packaged to ensure safe transportation. The customer is responsible for ensuring the packaging meets industry standards.
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping documentation, including invoices, customs forms, and any other required paperwork.
Customers are prohibited from shipping the following items:
Dangerous goods, flammable substances, explosives, and toxic materials.
Restricted items under Jamaican law, including counterfeit goods, illegal substances, and firearms.
Perishable items or items requiring special handling not agreed upon in advance.
Failure to comply may result in service refusal or legal action.
The Company will handle all shipments with due care and diligence during transit.
NTL International Cargo Limited commits to delivering shipments within the standard timeframes specified for each service type. Delays may occur due to factors outside the Company’s control (refer to Section 8).
Air Freight: Rates calculated per pound or volumetric weight.
Sea Freight: Rates calculated based on cubic feet or container size.
Ground Transportation: Flat or per-mile rates depending on the destination.
The following additional charges may apply:
Processing Fee: $X per shipment.
Service Charges: $X for pickup and delivery.
Handling Fees: As applicable for oversized items.
All payments are to be made upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other electronic payments.
The Company's liability for loss or damage to shipments is capped at J$10,000 per shipment, unless additional insurance is purchased by the customer.
Customers may purchase optional insurance to cover the full value of their shipment.
Damage or loss claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include proof of value and supporting documentation.
The following items are strictly prohibited for shipping:
Dangerous goods (as defined by IATA, IMO, or Jamaican law).
Drugs, narcotics, or any illegal substances.
Items restricted by the Jamaican Customs Agency.
NTL International Cargo Limited reserves the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited items without notice.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the shipment will be returned to the Company’s warehouse. Storage fees of J$500 per day may apply.
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes).
Customs clearance delays.
Acts of government or regulatory authorities.
Strikes or labor disputes.
Customers may file complaints by emailing [email protected]. The Company will respond within 10 business days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jamaica.
All customer information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with Jamaican Privacy Laws. The Company does not share customer data with third parties without consent, except where required by law or for the purpose of completing services.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via email or the Company’s website. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service to customers who violate these Terms and Conditions.
Refunds for canceled services must be requested in writing within 7 days of payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
